Geo. At some stage there will either be an extremely positive announcement or termination of the agreement. Either will indicate a massive divergence from recent history. Commercial tension on this issue is at at a near maximum so something will give. Any further delays will be day / weeks at an absolute maximum.
I'm not predicting the letter of intent to be hugely game changing but expecting a minimum commitment of a couple of million to accompany it as a bare minimum to take us onwards toward Jan finalisation of full package
