I have one thing to say only is nobody has yet factored in the value of Scandium the hidden treasure of the light weight alloy that will revolutionize transportation going forward. This unknown gem could be the hidden value adder yet added in this equation. Remember its the second metal we have on the American list of crucial minerals for security. Why is Wilbur Ross hanging around a deposit that is seemingly spoken for but 1 mineral on his list. Byproduct it maybe but at the end of the day the dollars it brings in are no byproduct and could for the life of the mine 30 years x $70 million a year at only US$1000 a Kg pay for the build in its entirety. thats at only US $1000 a Kg. Didn't CLQ value it at US $1500 kg in the costings ? There is a few more billions on that sum of yours.
