I think the only letter that's coming is a used French one.
What I'm intrigued about is which entity is controlling the conversation.
I.e if SK has given signs that it wants out and Auz have said 'wait, wait, wait. Please look at it again. We'll give you another month"
Or is it Auz saying "this has gone on long enough...."
Or is it SK asking for more time to get their ducks lined up?
I hope it's not 1 or 2.
