Yes and no.
Finance is actually easy to get right now. I've spoken to someone who does multi billion dollar funding deals.
In his words 'there's cash everywhere'.
But it would depend on the terms. If Auz can't get the wholesale 4.2% + margin of say 3% then that would be the issue.
I'm sure there's a stack of options at 10% but it would just hurt Auz over the 5 year period.
