- knowing the future potential of the company with the sector they are involved in , projects in pipeline , resources they produce and dependence of all the battery plants on resources being produced . ..

- Forget about the interest on money they loan , they can make $200mn on $25mn equity stake over next 5 years & it would be a nice windfall plus gives them a control in vital raw material provider . It could be massive If they strategically support the company , they can convert and make $200 mn over 5 years on $25mn investment . Plus make a residual interest on $400mn short term prepayments even at 5% would be like cherry on top .

lets see how they structure it all .. definitely SKi in Box seat with all this .. NAIF should be more aggressive and support AUZ nicely and give more certainty to give them a better negotiating hand .
