I also still believe that, as per ASX rules, the 19.9% take up will be part of the pre-payment deal. This will be on the table i believe as part of the discussions, and set at a higher SP - something to the likes of around 12c-15c...in order to have their seat at the table....from my research and someone did post that Les Guthrie also has been invited as a speaker and may well also have great dealing and business knowledge with South Korean companies and company directors. Therefore, who better to be on the board if SKI do place someone on the board in AUZ.....this could be the partnership that AUZ also need and also need to manage.
If his position is large project development and thats his expertise and what he is being hired for, then I believe BB and the board have got the right man for the job....
