    If possible can you ask when they went live with the stock, this we determine the wholesale date and if it was before the end of Sept it will be a Sept qtr royalty, if not it is a Dec qtr Royalty.

    It would be also good to k now how many units they got or are on hand and how many they may be selling a day or have sold?
