Every country/region assigns a Manager to oversee a Brand - the position involves marketing products. I think the context of that comment was referring to the launch in South Korea and how well structured it was. Therefore the hope is that other Brand Manager's in the remaining countries/regions will be as passionate and aggressively promote the product as we have seen so far in South Korea.
As for Olay... the fact the the logo is on OBJ's website is a very telling sign.
