    I am sceptical of the clinics that offer checks and get you to come in every 6 months, sounds like a money making venture.

    I would recommend a dermatologist, they can make a recommendation on how often you should be checked, trouble is you need a referral from your GP.

    GP do a check and if any doubt will refer you to a dermatologist, in WA there is a waiting time of 6 weeks to get in unless you a lucky enough to call when a cancellation has come in.

    I am in a low risk group, so unless I see any changes to moles and spots I don't need to go. Last time I had concerns about some recurring spots, by the time I got the appointment they where gone and Dermatologist assured me skin cancers don't come and go and I was all good
