PPT massively overpaid for PDL, a business which is experiencing its own funds outflow!!!
I was a massive supporter of the arbitrage. I was not naive enough to hold the PPT shares. I promptly dumped them. Made my money from the arbitrage.
Now PPT has to suffer the consequences of overpaying for the PDL business.
Hence the share price is going down down down.
