    Turns out the PPT Board aren't any better than the management team. Again, no meaningful skin in the game. They're all paid between 200k and 350k per annum for non executive directorships and are only required to own 500 shares (circa $10k) or 1000 shares (circa $20k) after 3 years! See excerpt from annual report beneath. Laughable.

    The sense of entitlement amongst some of these rent seekers in the financial services industry is staggering to behold.
    What hope is there for shareholders? Heads they win, tails you lose.
