mgm1a, it doesnt matter what your average is. If you invest in a company like this based on what the company ACTUALLY does, not just off pure technicals, you need to judge the company for what it ACTUALLY does in terms of a business.

You (by the sounds of it) invested in this company due to the nature of the underlying business, yet you are using the short term movements in the share price to judge performance.

With a company like MHM, if the end game gets up and running any SP performance in the medium term will be meaningless. Even if the SP drops to 20cps (and even if the company has to raise at this amount to fund the plant in the US) it will be a blip on the radar if this gets technology ramps up. Once the US plant is up and running, there is a contract for a 2nd plant in US, there is interest from europe and the geelong plant is at full capacity.

If the technology fails, it wouldnt matter if the SP was 2 dollars today or 2 cent, the whole company would essentially be worthless.

You then gotta ask yourself why you invest. If you've invested for a short term trader gain, you should invest in companies based on short term technical indicators and use short term SP as your measure for sentiment.

If you invest based on longer term underlying fundamentals of the company, you need to look past the short term sentiment and look to the performance of the business as a whole. This itself is difficult as sometimes as poor business management can be the cause of short term price dips. Someties perfectly good management 'seem' to be poor simply due to a short term languishing share price.
