I agree, Aberfan. Yet other mineral sands projects are getting up - we are the perpetual bridesmaid. And it's no use people saying the zircon price isn't at the right level just now, as an excuse for not getting a deal up and running, because: 1. We had a good zircon/mineral sands price several years ago yet couldn't get up a joint venture then. 2. Why would the downturn in the zircon price have put off Posco? Surely, with a 20 year mine life, a serious investor is not going to be put off by a short term cyclical downturn in the price.
So, it's time to stop the floundering around getting nowhere.
