    What metrics do you grade that on sectorlead? The Coburn engineering plan will produce 3%+ of world supply for 17 years. Is that small? At what point does it graduate to not small? Or large? Getting a JV is a big task and you could be right but I would really like to know the marks for grading scale. Cheers
