Key staff are motivated by a series of ARD options approved by recent AGM, with strikes 3c, 6c and 10c, the latter two series vesting 1 year and 2 years respectively from the grant date. These options are unlisted, meaning that they cannot simply be traded away on the ASX. Ie suitably motivated by the ARD share price.
