Just look at the chatter on BRX today and see the direct results of this, certainly helps when family have 3 million plus shares in the stock!
Even better when you also have representation on the Board also!!
Great pity this doesn't apply to FMS as the same chairman is in place at both Boards.
Just imagine how Flinders would be flying if it were allowed to exist on its own merits and not constrained by a major shareholder.
