Judgement in part comes from past track record and most recent role .... this was LKE and frankly the end was not pretty watching from a SH perspective.
Agree there also should be opportunity to give some time for future performance, but any SH should not loose sight of past performance and shanigans either IMHO
Time will tell which way the coin lands....
