Not sure how relevant it may be but I would suggest we do some sleuthing on the EAN code and see if it may eventually tell us more. It may give us a heads up on when it actually starts retailing.
I checked out a few EAN search website's (just Google for "EAN search" or something similar to find) and the majority have no information as yet. This site however at least confirms the EAN code is legit and owned by "Procter & Gamble (China) Ltd". Just enter the EAN code 6903148249673 in the search field.

"Last Change" is today's date but I assume that's only because I did the search today.
