Share price isn't, but directors will often have a better idea how things are going than is stated officially in announcements.
If this a ten bagger as some claim, its strange that directors did not take the oportunity to buy even a small holding. Can easily be interpreted as a lack of confidence in: "Contracts , cashflow with excellent profits and future revenue."
Dis: I bought via SPP and also via the second round offer.
