The question has always been asked as to why Solbec don't do more to promote their products and technology. The answer is that they aren't doing anything to promote their products and technology.

The simple answer is that they are deliberatly not promoting the company until they have solid proof that Coramsine is safe and effective.

It's not hard to employ a marketing executive or a PR guy and get him to actively promote Solbec by ensuring that there is a story in the newspaper each week and that the media are kept fully up to date with minor company development and what the directors are having for lunch each day. The only thing this kind of behaviour generates is hype, which is good for the share price in the short term but unsustainable and potentially damaging in the long term.

Drug development takes time and although the directors can be critisised (in my opinion) for taking too long to get Coramsine through trials, they can't be critisised for much else because the results to date have been outstanding and they've done a lot on a shoestring budget and when the phase II trial results are released (provided they are good) the share price will go through the roof without needing any marketing or PR work at all..!
