I checked my records and I sold out over a year ago when it was clear something wasn't right. Only a 2K loss but enough to annoy me.
Do ASIC have any power at all? Where the heck are they? Is any progress being made on their investigation?
I don't know why we even bother having rules for public companies if they don't have to be followed. May as well just make it open slather. At least then you know what to expect.
