The whole thing is a hoax.

There is a reason why they are still trying to raise money via rights issue but they are not telling their hapless shareholders. The real reason will eventually become apparent.

How can a company claim to have secured $30m in financing, almost as large as its market cap, and yet still be desperate to do a rights issue, and all this while the shares have been suspended. If you actually believe all that, then the joke is on you.


Less than 2 weeks before the quarterly is due. Cash balance will be the one to watch, but of course nothing to worry about because they have secured $30m in funding. Just like the $10.5m was in place and even guaranteed but wasn't.
