Defined by its name the "mid west" has another rather large problem - it's location.

Required infrastructure means heavy spending for all investors, and as we know the gov't is balking at its own contribution (i.e. stand off between Mitsubishi and WA gov't)

Plenty of low hanging fruit in the NW to be developed before folk head to the mid west (a la ARH).

Anyone see the Street Talk section of today's AFR on page 26? Looks like more whispers about a Resourcehouse listing soonish.........4th time lucky perhaps?
