    hi guys was just watching sky buisness the perret report which they just had a in deepth discussion about sdl and the take over etc. don't know if any one else seen it but they say that the board is behind the 57c bid and advises shareholders to take the offer.

    this is just what i was watching so don't shoot the messenger :P
