1) You are not talking to trader, you are talking to a long term speculator betting on the evolution that Lynas will become a blue-chip producer.

2) You are talking to someone who eat,lives,breathes and shits rare earth. Rare earth is all the family talks about. What we have today, the house and clothes comes from the rare earth and minerals industry.

3) My occupation is an engineer. i get paid a 6 figure salary. I still have another 30 years to go working. My partner also earns 6 figures, plus an investment property, plus savings.

4) I have no mortgage, i have no kids.

5) Absolute worst case black Swan (touch wood). Lynas goes to 30c would result in me ending up having a house deposit after selling it all out.

When you consider all that. It doesn't seem risky to me at all. But then again each person have a different risk profile.
