They will be looking into partnership(s), if not already in talks, to provide a credit solution so that the buyer gets paid on time. The seller then deals with the credit provider to pay the money back, in full or instalments.
If the seller cant pay the credit provider, it would be similar to a seller not being able to pay back their loan.
Sounds like it fixes the issue you raised??
