That is interesting,( the fund raise explanation) and unusually sensible. By that I dont mean that ZIP has not been, but the general fund raisng market has not. The resilience of a stock to absorb the fund raising shock, depends on its volatility factor, which with ZIP is quite high, so obviously, our highly intelligent CEO is aware of that, and has done what is neccessary to ameliorate that shock.
