5m shares is not a lot: it is in line with their previous anns where they announced that option conversion will be part of their strategy to fund the company cash needs and reserves. Moreover, anyone with options at 8 cents would exercise: why wouldn't you, it'd be irrational. They gained the options when they rescued DCC last year.
I also didn't understand all the option conversion at the start, but they clarified it with the anns.
