Good man, I actually thought I remembered seeing something in one of the original postings regarding the Perkoa deal with Glencore stating there would be a delay penalty imposed ( i.e liquidated damages )if Glencore didn't have the mine up and running on time.
I agree surely they wouldn't be so stupid as to leave the deal open ended to the extent BTR get slated with over run costs.
