strong case to suggest infratil might strike first given their out of the blue and rushed capital raise.
maybe go halves with Brookfield like they did for Vodafone.
if that does happen - will Spark have a crack this time? if IFT got sky and merged it with Vodafone (should have no issues getting passed comcom not that Spark has shown sky does not have a monopoly on premium sport with their Spark sport product)...it would be so bad for spark.
Vodafone would become top dog overnight.
