I looked at the prospectus and I was wondering if you could help me understand this about the escrow arrangement.
According to the prospectus, only the directors' shares will be escrowed for 24 months.
Does this mean if I apply for shares during IPO, I can trade them straight away on day 1 when it goes live on ASX?
