I've not read the prospectus yet, however if it's only the director's share which are in escrow then yes - you can trade your shares straight away. This would be supported by the fact that it would be pointless to have an IPO but then for all shares to be in escrow. If a company didn't want their shares traded they would not list on the ASX.
