ahh I was under the impression that if they are going to be issuing new stock at a consolidation, then our stocks will be diluted. Example, I have 1k worth of stock at 0.002 so about 500,000 stocks.. so it is down to 0.001 now. So I have 500,000 stocks valued at $500.
I the stocks are being listed at 10 cents, and my stocks are consolidate 50:1, In order to equate it will need to be 10,000 stocks at 10 cents = $100.
Is this correct? Sorry still trying to get my head around it all.
thanks,
