SkyNetGlobal's home automation arm beats forecast By RWE Australian Business News, 12 Jan 2004
Sydney - Monday - January 12: (RWE) - SkyNetGlobal Ltd today announced its W Home Automation subsidiary, previously known as Smart Connect (Wholesale), achieved $412,971 in net profit for the six months ended December 31, 26 per cent above management's forecast of $328,000.
Last August, SkyNetGlobal released W Home Automation's forecast net earnings of $670,000 for the full year ending June 30 2004.
CEO of SkyNetGlobal, Mr Jonathan Soon, said: "With about 62 per cent of the company's full-year forecast achieved for the half-year, W Home Automation is likely to increase its earnings forecast for the full year ending June 30 2004 in due course."
