I do not think anybody lost a job yet Atotx.
What is Twigy talking about are jobs that would be created if his two shelved ( or under review) projects were to go ahead, in future.
He is stil going ahead with one project, so in the short term FMG is going to create some jobs.
If he delivers on his threats (which i doubt) and sells his projects to Chinese, than it will be the Chinese who will need the 30,000 workers and no harm done.
Besides there probably is not 30,000 skilled workers ready to move to Pilbara. Last time I heard Tony Abbot was going to conscript young school leavers to do the hard yakka.
