Yes, I know what you are saying but at least TLS is being paid by its customers to use the third party apps.
VOIP was always going to be a difficulty for the likes of Telstra and Optus. Maybe in the future with the decline of revenue from the PSTN network TLS will provide a VOIP service to compete with the other players.
skype etc should have to pay tls and optus, page-21
