What a good idea ,say 3 cents which is 5% the cost off a stamp excluding envelope,i need the extra div.
guess it depends whether you are a shareholder or not,or use skype etc or not,or use email or not.
Why should microsoft and google be able to access networks for free that have cost telco shareholders billions so they can gain market share and when they are ready probably charge for use of skype etc.
