And the interesting part is the technology companies do not disagree with the idea of paying the telco's for using their networks,the real problem seems to be controlling such agreements by the regulators eg technology companies with the scale of facebook,google,microsoft teaming up with mega telco's like singtel vodafone telefonica and receiving preferential access and speeds by that telco over other competitors.
