It is disappointing the Royal Commission didn’t even glance at white collar crime on the ASX and it looks like ASIC will remain missing in action for the foreseeable future - just concentrating banks and larger institutions while leaving everyone else to their own devices.
It only takes a couple of people to put their hand up to start taking the fight back to directors who may not be doing the right thing and much better than just doing nothing.
