Coby has never mentioned the achievement of milestones resulting in payment of licensing fees during the 12 month qualification period. I was confused how they could consider this "commercial" when payment may or may not occur depending on how qualification eventuates. Now I understand!! I am sure others had the same confusion. Further, it was confusing why a potential customer would be prepared to "buy" something that has yet to be qualified.
His email clarified that. And FWIW, as CEO, part of Coby's job is to answer shareholders concerns.
