Weebit has a good reputation for delivering ahead of forecasts. I would not be surprised if we later find out that work with customers is already underway under NDA.
A customer that wants to be in the forefront of this new memory technology will be wanting to work closely with Weebit and a fab (maybe SkyWater) so they can hit the ground running at the start of mass-production. Such a customer will not wait until announcement of fab qualification before they start work on their design for using Weebit's ReRAM.
