Exactly my feelings at PRESENT, no news is good news.
If Sensera have no further potential involvement with NanoDx in relation to the Covid-19 sensor, they would be obligated by the ASX Listing Rules to immediately report the fact.
Based on the above & the Board's track record of disclosure to shareholders, these are the thoughts of the Board:
Nothing material has changed. Still no submission by NanoDx to FDA for EUA. No EUA granted to NanoDx. Therefore no definite order for sensors has been received by Sensera. Any potential licensing agreement discussions are all dependent on the above. Any expansion of manufacturing capacity is dependent on above.
THEREFORE, there have been no MATERIAL CHANGES, no reason to report YET !!
