I tried Googling Sensera+Skywater and this old link popped up.

I don't recall finding a reference to Skywater in the clip when I last watched it..  I think this is the interview where Ralph talks about forming a partnership to increase shareholder value though..
From 6 minutes 30 seconds, is where speculation of involvement with Brainchip sporned from a while back..

It may be interesting for new investors to watch, but be aware that this is the old SE1, before divestment of Nanotron.

Pivotal deal was with WBT!!
But maybe a good omen!
