I told you this is from a respectable and skilled editor, so I believe in him .. this is the first part from three:

    October 2007

West Australian Metals (WME) discovers a new Paleocanal with high concentrations of Uranium.

Every explorer is anxious to create a picture of the possible allocation of natural resources that he would like to find later that is as exact as possible. This process already starts at the delineation of a licensed territory.
In order to cover as many anomalies as possible, which form, and which proportions are reasonable must be ascertained and then applied for.

The problem: Licenses dost money year after year. Therefore, most explorers economise and are quite thrifty with the multitude of various licenses that are requested for any highly promising location.

In the case of WME, the licensed territory is already unusually large, and is equal in size to nearly two regions which would have resulted in double the amount of yearly licensing fees. As a result of the previous Gold Fields work, the application in question was not the result of guesswork, rather, they had an assurance of the possible diffusion of deposits from the outset. The originally assumed orientation of the washed out uranium proceeded from other sites rather than in an East-West direction.

The ramification of these paleocanals is that a subterranean watercourse that no longer exists of a long dried up riverbed to the south is a cause for furore, because this means the section of canal has a high concentration of uranium.

The following facts make clear just how important the uranium deposits that have already been made available and in addition, confirmed by WME really are. In order to obtain relatively exact quantities of Uranium, it is necessary to have many drill holes and the extraction of core sections from these samples, as well as subsequent inspections of the stratum in laboratories currently working to capacity. This costs time, and mainly money.

WME is currently making use of an obvious money saving method that can only be applied to a few locations. Collection devices covered with a certain film positioned in such a way as to collect the noble gas radon, are placed at regular intervals. Under the influence of radon, equal amounts of gas are always released from quantities of uranium, discolouring the device in the course of a predetermined period of time, thus verifying in a simple way the amount of uranium in a resulting extraction.

It concerns, in principal, these “cups”, simply put, inverted yoghurt cups, in which radon collects and discolours the special snippet of coating. A correct application of this technique can help in the search, much like a trained bloodhound, for a relatively large, extremely valuable, and highly sought after area.

A precondition for this way of (pre)inspection of the strata is certainly an “anchor”, that is a visible and comparative value, which is exactly what WME found in the reconnoitered Area 1 of Gold Fields.

On the basis of this region, Geologists could then ascertain the relationship between escaping radon quantities and possible diffusion of Uranium throughout the ore, and as a result of the geological homogeneity of the surrounding area could very simply, but nevertheless correctly disclose possible large quantities of uranium.

Instead of 18 m. lbs, now 70 m. are possible

In total, the ramification of the North-South orientation of the paleacanal that isn’t applicable to WME’s licensed territory, is a good 10 k long and around 2.5 k wide on average. According to my estimations (anchor), Area 2 therefore contains three times as much uranium as Area 1. The up-to-now certain 18 m. lbs of uranium I the JORC viaduct can now effortlessly be raised to 70 m. lbs, where at least 50 m. additional lbs remain namely without the JORC viaduct, but will be available anyhow.

On the occasion of this news, I naturally wonder how many investors in both Australia and Germany are truly capable of adequately comprehending this. The answer can only amount to this: Very few. All of those that are currently selling shares of West Australian Metals at the current price in light of this resource adjustment definitely do not apply.
