    SLA news release today confirms the construction plans for the new Bioeffective production plant in Tomsk. This plant will have the capacity to produce 200kg of Bio R. This is a seventh factor reduction product. The Tomsk B plant will also be able to produce the Bioeffective for BPO's animal product range - which is derived from only the second factor reduction. Thus BPO will now be able to source production levels of the raw product for its husbandry products, once the plant comes on line. This should coincide with the product testing and approvals milestones.
