wondering if anyone thinks that this is a bit of a slap in the face for existing shareholders who bothered giving tangiers their money when they needed it before; to only watch their original holding fall substantially after the morocco debacle ? i mean although one can now double down or top up at an sp which is relatively close to the capital raise price, why were existing shareholders not given the opportunity via a rights issue to get their hands on those free oppies etc... i think this is a tad nasty to say the least...
