    What do you mean? We as shareholders are an integral part in providing equity into TPT and without our (shareholders) equity the company would not exist and the Directors would not exist. The share and option issues are being made by Directors on behalf of the company and its shareholders. But it would appear to the benefit of the Directors, rather than the company and the company shareholders.
