The placement was HEAVILY oversubscribed don't forget, with scale backs right across the board.


What I can imagine happening is quite the opposite.
I can picture many players who like the story to be sitting back waiting for what they believe to be an inevitable drop back to 1c or lower before buying in.

The placement stock is issued, buying support soaks up the little that gets sold off for the 'stag' and then the mother of all fears kicks in as the share price actually climbs:
