I have not posted for years on HC but scan selectively on a daily basis. After 10+ years holding a small number of shares ($7000.00 at original buy, now at a fraction of it's value!) I applied for $6000.00 and received $1850.00 of shares in SPP. I am absolutely disgusted at other SH receiving full allotment to the detriment of small holders. An across-the- board % allotment would have been fair with no complaints from me .
