The AIM share price will be based on a percentage of the average share price over a given period. Therefore, the lower they can keep the price prior to the 20 million placement the more shares they will be issued for their dollar. This in turn should provide more liquidity on the AIM market, a problem WNL encountered and RRS would rather avoid. JMHO
